Plain Tingshas, D=2.75": Tingshas are a traditional ceremonial instrument made of a blend of metals similar to those used in singing bowls. One cymbal is held in each hand and struck together to produce a beautiful, clear resonating sound that helps to calm and focus the mind. Tingshas may be used to mark the beginning or end of a meditation. They can also be used with certain instruments but are not specifically tuned.
