Asta Mangala or the eight auspicious symbols are the divine attributes of Buddha. Tingshas are a traditional ceremonial instrument made of a blend of metals similar to those used in singing bowls. One cymbal is held in each hand and struck together to produce a beautiful, clear resonating sound that helps to calm and focus the mind.
