1. Can I purchase your products at a local store?

Very likely! Please check our Store Locator to find authorized retailers across North America that carry our products. We're always expanding and adding new locations, so be sure to check back often.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. A shipping and handling fee applies to orders under $50.

Please note: This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO boxes.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, shipping to Canada, other international destinations, and U.S. territories such as Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands is not available.

4. When should I expect my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Most packages arrive within 3 - 7 business days for delivery addresses within the continental U.S.

5. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly replace them at no cost to you.

For returns or exchanges due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please review our Return Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

When returning products, please:

  • Use an insured courier service with tracking
  • Include the original packing slip in your return

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor can we offer reimbursement for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.
